Bodywork sessions are predominantly a combination of shiatsu and shin tai.
Depending on your needs and goals, the sessions may also include hip alignment, soft tissue and trigger point release, fascia release, or ginger compresses, and may lean toward either more 'physical' or 'energetic' work.

Shiatsu: A Japanese form of bodywork that uses thumb and palm pressure, rocking, and stretching to support the body's energy flow and innate healing capabilities. Read more.

Trigger point and soft tissue release: A technique means of applying deep pressure to specific points in muscles that are contracted or spasming and causing pain.
