Monday Meditation - In a Funk

The two videos offered here are not a 'meditation' per se, but an answer to a question about how to relieve the sense of being 'in a funk' using a shift in focus. 

I'll admit I sought out this particular subject matter for personal reasons, but I think many of us can relate to that frustration of being unable to find our 'happy place' when what we're observing is causing us pain.

Being a visual person, I was able to embody the the concept that the presenter is illustrating, and just watching these very short and sweet videos, I already feel a renewed sense of energy to face today with joy.
