Monday Meditation - Coming to Our Senses
I have included two videos here... the first is typical of what I've been offering.. short meditations about 2-3 minutes long which you could check out throughout your workday.
The second, a nice bonus for Open House month, is a talk given by renowned meditation teacher, Jon Kabat-Zinn, at UCSD Medical Center on the topic of his book, Coming to Our Senses: Healing Ourselves and the World Through Mindfulness. (This book is a personal favorite of mine, by the way.) This video is almost an hour long, so when you're ready to enjoy it, kick back in a comfy chair with a cup of something yummy, and take in the mindfulness!
