Monday Meditation - The Throat Chakra

The fifth chakra, Vissudha (purification), is located at the throat. This energy center radiates the color bright blue and its issues are communication, inspiration, expression, and faith.

This chakra rules our ability to speak our Truth.. to clearly communicate our individuated expression of the Divine.

Affirmation: May I be able to express my feelings with ease, and be balanced between heart and mind.
