Monday Meditation - Zen Garden

But first, a few words about yesterday's event: Karmafest... held in Kerr Park, Downingtown, PA. Although threatened by sketchy weather, as the last bands of Hurricane Kyle were passing through, the festival still drew a good-sized crowd. Variances of gloom, drizzle, steamy sunshine and and an all-out downpour certainly made it interesting, and I was grateful to have a tent, which provided refuge at one point for a handful of folks.

If I had my way, I'd vote for Kerr Park to be the locale for all future events.. it was a boon to spend this nine-hour chair massage marathon barefoot in theguess who? grass, under the tall trees. Thanks to all the folks who came out, and thanks to Patti Hawse and Soul Purpose Productions for a lovely time!

And now... Monday's Meditation.

While called "Zen Garden", as it is named for the lovely piece of music by Kokin Gumi playing in the background, the video actually features seven minutes of beautiful and tranquil images of cloud formations.

Take a break and enjoy!
