This really blessed me, and Bill. All we really want to do is help people regain their health, their lives, and have the energy to be the creative and joyful beings they were designed to be. I hope you continue to grow in your practice, and learn all you can. And yes, if we offer a part two, you shall certainly be informed!

Peace and Blessings!

Annette comments on Will You Even Have Time to Read This?

I liked this article on time and how our lives are so hectic with so much to do we forget to just be in the moment, if not for a little while. Reminded me of when I was a type A personality (not too long ago) with no time for anything but going from one to do list to another, never fully getting to the end of the lists each day. Over this past year I made a goal to be more mindful of my health and what was going on around me. I still have a hectic job, but for the most part I’m still accomplishing that goal in my personal time. I started eating better, thinking better by letting go of negative thoughts (like when someone cuts me off driving), listening to soothing music, taking a moment to listen to the birds when I leave the house in the morning, noticing how beautiful the flowers are, making time to sit peacefully and meditate before retiring at night, and now doing Qi Gong every morning, things like that. It was hard to slow down at first, but each week it got a little easier for me to give time back to myself. I feel so much better and notice so much more of life all around me now, and it‘s all free…and something I do for myself.

Winter is fast approaching,, and I worried what I would do now that the birds won’t be there every morning to greet me and share their song ,and the plants won’t be there every day to share their beauty, not until next spring when everything comes alive again. I don’t have to worry anymore.

I’m so glad I attended the Qi Gong class that you and Bill just gave. Qi Gong has opened up a whole new way of life for me to take care of my health and spirit for the rest of my life. This winter when mother nature lets out her cold and blustery winds and snow, I’ll be doing my Qi Gong exercises in the warmth of my home. And when I do the healing exercises for my health and well being, I’ll remember the sweet songs of the birds and the beautiful blooming flowers until next spring arrives and everything comes alive again.

Thank you again to you and Bill for teaching Qi Gong and sharing your expert knowledge of the body these past 10 weeks. It has truly been a blessing for me in helping to heal my body. I will be making time to do Qi Gong every day for the rest of my life. Your Qi Gong class has given me my health back and has helped me in so many ways I can‘t thank you enough. I hope you have a Part 2 Qi Gong class next year. If you do, I’ll be there. Many blessings and kind thoughts.

Gina Loree' Marks comments on Self Care? But I have to say, since I've written that post, and have been ruminating on it, I've also come to realize that I had to make some choices if I want to improve the quality of my life. I've been working on a little self-care project... one that I've been hesitant to write about because, then (Gasp!) accountability, but i may do that soon. All the best to you...!

Chloe comments on Self Care? I love your two lists of what you imagine self-care should be versus what you actually need in the moment. I have a list (admittedly a short one) of things I aim to do in the name of self-care each day, but I rarely do any of them and often what I need is stuff like in your list - cleaning something, being honest about something, turning something off and going to bed. It's funny how even self-care can get so wrapped up in shoulds.

Seventh Heaven Massage Studio comments on Self Care? As a company providing care to many people, we sometimes forget to notice the personal care that WE need in order not only to be effective as a health care provider but also as a person. Thus, we should all put our own health and care in our minds first so that the care we provide others is that much more effective.

Gina Loree' Marks comments on Reaching Roots

Wow, thank you, Margaret!
